Founded in 2025 by Lori Plotkin, a beloved Jewish educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, Shabbox was created to bring the joy of Shabbat into children’s lives. Lori spent decades introducing Shabbat to nursery school students, inspiring little ones with hands-on learning, creativity, and warmth.

Each Shabbox empowers kids to create their own special Shabbat set—colorful, meaningful, and made with love—while sparking creativity, nurturing tradition, and helping families celebrate together.
